CAR sewage compound exhaust valve is used at the highest point of sewage pipeline or closed place, used to remove gas in sewage pipeline and then dredge the pipeline, so that the pipeline works normally. If not installed, the pipeline will be closed, so that sewage flow rate is blocked, or even interrupted. If there is negative pressure in the blackout tube at any time, it will cause vibration or rupture of the pipeline, exhaust and suction valves will quickly inhale air to prevent the pipeline from vibration or rupture.
Working principle of sewage composite exhaust valve
When the sewage in the pipe is in operation, the valve valve valves stop at the lower part of the positioning frame for a large amount of exhaust, when the air is exhausted, the sewage into the valve floats the ball, pass to the valve to close. Naturally a small amount of gas will be produced in the pipe when it is running to a considerable extent. The sewage and the ball in the valve will drop at any time. The gas will be discharged from the small hole. If power failure or pump failure occurs, the negative pressure will appear at any time when the water in the pipe is empty. The floating ball will descend downstream and open the small hole to drive the large hole to make up air to ensure the safety of the pipeline.
Note: The pressure of the exhaust valve should not be lower than "0.02 MPa" in use. If the low "0.02 MPa" exhaust valve is easy to leak, it must be equipped with a valve for maintenance.
